My client, a global business services group, is seeking to hire an experience Procure to Pay (P2P) workstream lead. This will be a 6 month contract and will be outside IR35. This role is pivotal in delivering ERP-focused finance transformation projects, with a primary focus on process improvement and the successful implementation of Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering end-to-end ERP finance transformation projects and demonstrable expertise in driving process improvements across P2P workstreams. This role requires a proactive leader capable of managing stakeholders, aligning workstreams with organizational goals, and ensuring timely delivery. Candidates should be available relaitvely quickly and must be willing to work in the office on a hybrid basis ( likely 3 days a week for workshops and other meetings).

Responsibilities
  • Workstream Leadership: Lead the P2P workstream, ensuring alignment with the overall ERP finance transformation project objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Drive process optimization and standardization within the P2P function, identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to enhance operational performance.
  • ERP Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the P2P elements of ERP solutions, ensuring successful design, build, and deployment phases.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior stakeholders, project sponsors, and key users to capture requirements, communicate progress, and manage expectations.
  • Change Management: Facilitate change management initiatives to support the transition to improved processes and technologies, ensuring buy-in from users and effective adoption of new ways of working.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks related to the P2P workstream, ensuring project milestones are met without compromising quality.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and monitor KPIs for the P2P process, ensuring improvements align with organizational objectives and deliver measurable results.
