- Plan and manage personal events, dinners, and family engagements.
- Provide occasional in-home assistance (organising, handling deliveries, and mail).
- Manage personal marketing, including social media strategy and content scheduling.
- Oversee social media accounts, maintaining the executive’s professional image.
- Organise digital files and manage documents efficiently.
- Handle invoicing, expenses, and light bookkeeping.
- Research luxury travel, experiences, and services.
- Experience as a PA, ideally in luxury, media, PR, or creative industries.
- Highly organised with strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
- Tech-savvy (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, project management tools).
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
