My client is a well established national consultancy, providing services within the property and construction sector.

They are now looking for a PA to join their team and provide day-to-day support for two senior Directors.

The role is office based. The hours are: 8-5pm.

There will be occasional travel to offices around the country.

The duties involve:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Preparing, formatting and printing documents for meetings
  • Creating PowerPoint/converting to Adobe
  • Organising and managing extensive travel arrangements
  • Inbox management
  • Liaising internally and externally with individuals/teams and clients on behalf of your directors
  • Organising monthly team meetings in various locations
  • Adhoc project work - as needed
  • Creating and formatting documents
  • Organising refreshments/lunches for meetings
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes as required

Skills/attributes as required:

  • Microsoft office packages skills - including PowerPoint/Excel
  • Experience of supporting senior level directors
  • Highly organised and structured
  • Process driven with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communications skills - written and spoken
  • Confidential in their approach
  • Personable, positive character
  • Team player
  • An understanding of the construction sector beneficial but not essential
