Location: Stratford

Our client is seeking a highly organised and dependable Personal Assistant to join their Finance & Corporate Services division. This role offers the opportunity to work within a central support team, providing key administrative activities and PA support to senior management. The successful candidate will manage the supplier maintenance database and Fees helpline inbox, interacting with all areas of the organisation. This role offers a competitive salary of £27ph including holiday pay and is based in Stratford.

What you'll do:

As a Personal Assistant, you will play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the Finance & Corporate Services division. Your responsibilities will include managing diaries for senior management, offering comprehensive administrative support across various platforms such as Sharepoint, Pulse, and Workday, and maintaining the Supplier Maintenance database. You will also handle the Fees Helpline Mailbox, ensuring all queries are addressed promptly and professionally. Your ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of work will be crucial in this role.

  • Provide diary support to 2 Heads of Department and 4 managers
  • Offer administrative support for all teams within Finance & Corporate Service including Sharepoint, Pulse, Workday, Records Management and Desk & Room Bookings
  • Operate and maintain Supplier Maintenance database within Workday
  • Manage the Fees Helpline Mailbox
  • Deliver high-quality customer service
  • Work collaboratively with both formal and informal teams to achieve outcomes

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Personal Assistant position will bring proven experience in managing heavy workloads within tight timeframes while maintaining high standards of work. You should have good IT skills with working knowledge of standard Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook Visio. Your background should demonstrate experience in delivering customer service and providing PA support. Key soft skills include evidence of teamwork and collaboration, excellent communication skills (oral/written), and the ability to build effective relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
