PA to Director - Mayfair - £30,000 to £35,000My client, a property consultant company based in Mayfair are seeking a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented PA to join a growing business at an exciting time. This position is well-suited for a competent individual with excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Duties

  • Fully support the Director with diary/ international travel management to ensure their day is coordinated effectively
  • Monitoring emails to ensure critical things are flagged to the director and dealt with
  • Email dictation and preparation of correspondence
  • Driving the director to meetings in London, attending meetings with the director, taking minutes and distributing information to relevant parties
  • Compiling of reports or retrieving company documents or information as requested
  • General secretarial and office administrative support during the absence of the office manager
  • Effectively keeping abreast of outstanding things to be actioned and up-keep of 'to do' lists, to assist with continual review of priorities
  • Balancing Director's workload between their various businesses and other on-going projects
  • Reactive to any business or personal and family-related requests as they arise
  • Work with discretion and confidentiality and act as gatekeeper to Director
  • Liaise with marketing to assist with preparing material/brochures for marketing campaigns
  • Support the sales team with sending out terms of business to clients
  • Occasionally manage assistants or front of house staff

Requirements

  • At least two years' experience as a PA within property
  • Must demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Highly personable and ability to build rapport with clients and the Director
  • Able to take initiative and prioritise workload effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Be willing to demonstrate commitment and going above and beyond and be readily available for the Director as required
  • Skilful at all MS Office and typing speed
  • MUST HAVE A DRIVING LICENCE, company car will be provided

Salary: £30,000 to £35,000Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (flexibility to work 8.30pm to 5.30pm if preferred) Holidays: 25 days plus 8 bank holidays
