You will also be part of the high achieving team and will support up to three but principally one Partner. This is a highly changing environment so you will need to be a diary Ninja and be able to preempt changes and stay one step ahead (when you can!). As EA to this senior team you will need to be  highly organised, proactive and have excellent communication skills to ensure that they meet all their deadlines. This is a driven and unified team where your contributions will truly matter and it is a fantastic role for an EA with a real desire to give the best support to their team but who also regards themselves as a genuine team player.You must have 6-8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant within the investment sector, from Investment Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management or professional services.Duties include, but are not limited to: 
  • Extensive calendar management for Partner and two senior members of the team
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and calls - high volume and across multiple time zones
  • Organising international travel arrangements, international and domestic flights, accommodation
  • Providing support for the wider team as expected within a collaborative working environment
