Senior Paid Media Executive / Lead - London (Hybrid - 3 days in the office per week) - £45k-£55k

We are partnered with a dynamic and fast groeing Digital agency in London who are looking to hire an experienced Paid Media specialist with a passion for strategy, growth, and digital innovation.

You will be at the forefront of developing and executing paid media strategies for their portfolio of clients, many of which are SaaS based tech businesses.

Your role will involve:

  • Take full ownership of the paid media strategy for 7-8 client accounts, driving growth and performance across multiple digital channels.
  • Develop and implement paid media strategies with a strong focus on ROI and scaling growth, particularly within the SaaS industry.
  • Lead the execution of PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn, ensuring continuous optimisation and high performance.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, providing strategic recommendations and delivering results driven paid media campaigns.
  • Mentor and guide a junior Paid Media Executive, providing ongoing support and helping to develop their skills.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment with overall digital marketing objectives and deliver cohesive, integrated strategies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to continuously refine and improve campaign performance.
  • Use data driven insights and tools to analyse performance and adjust strategies as needed for optimal results.

We need you to have:

  • Proven experience in a paid media role within a digital agency, managing campaigns across multiple clients.
  • Solid background in Paid Media and PPC, with hands on experience running Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Experience with paid social channels is highly desirable.
  • Ability to develop and execute paid media strategies that drive growth and achieve KPIs.
  • A results driven mindset with a focus on scalability and maximising ROI.
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior team members.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Previous experience working with SaaS clients is a plus.

The role is Hybrid working with 3 days per week in their Central London office. It is an opportunity to take ownership of client campaigns and make a real impact on their growth.
