Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute best-in-class paid search strategies to achieve client KPIs and business goals.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms.
  • Data Analysis: Leverage data to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights for improvement.
  • Client Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact for key ecommerce clients, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication.
  • Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of paid search specialists, fostering growth and skill development.

Skills and Experience Required
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale paid search campaigns, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Expertise in ecommerce and understanding of the customer journey in online retail.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and associated tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SA360).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Experience leading a team and collaborating across departments.
