Role OverviewWe are seeking a Paid Search Lead to take ownership of our paid search campaigns, driving performance across ecommerce clients. This pivotal role involves strategic oversight, campaign optimization, and client management to ensure exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute best-in-class paid search strategies to achieve client KPIs and business goals.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms.
- Data Analysis: Leverage data to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights for improvement.
- Client Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact for key ecommerce clients, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication.
- Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of paid search specialists, fostering growth and skill development.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale paid search campaigns, preferably within an agency environment.
- Expertise in ecommerce and understanding of the customer journey in online retail.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and associated tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SA360).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Experience leading a team and collaborating across departments.
