Part-Time PA - Investment £50,000 - £52,000 PRO RATA (£30,000 - £32,000 for 3 days)City (Working days are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)You MUST have proven experience working in a Team PA/PA role with valid reasoning's for wanting part-time.A fantastic opportunity for someone to do a job share working within an established team supporting MD and Director level.You must have experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple diaries.The Role:
  • Diary management for multiple diaries
  • Travel organisation, preparing itineraries, agendas and any documentation needed
  • Arranging meetings and conference calls, booking restaurants/taxis, etc
  • Organising and logging client meetings via purpose-built database/roadshow system
  • Submitting all expenses
  • Taking calls; relaying client messages accurately
  • Updating team calendars and absence management system
Essential requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Team PA/ PA within Professional Services (Ideally Financial Services)
  • Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised and proactive with strong attention to detail
