Are you looking for a 4 day a week office based role and available for a 9 month contract? We are looking for a part time PA to 3 Partners to work 4 days a week on an initial 9 month maternity contract for a highly professional organisation.

Working for a boutique West end based private equity company in the heart of Mayfair you will provide PA assistance to 3 Partners working alongside a Team Assistant providing effective diary, travel and expenses management for the Partners as well as event management and ad hoc tasks as they arise.

  • Providing PA support to 3 Partners
  • Managing diary appointments, setting up reminders
  • Assistance in planning the Board meetings
  • Booking lunches, venues
  • Arranging travel and putting together itineraries
  • Managing general email/telephone communication
