Part-Time Receptionist (3 days)ASAP start £17 - £18 per hourI have a fantastic receptionist role working for a Hedge Fund located within beautiful offices in the heart of Mayfair. Working Monday – Wednesday, the Receptionist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of reception, including facilities, working closely with the Office Manager. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, able to commit long term to an rolling temporary contract 3 days a week. This can be a busy role at times, so a solution orientated approach and positive attitude are essential! Hours 8:30am – 5:30pm. What you’ll do:
  • Meeting and greeting all guests
  • Work closely with the Office Manager to support on various business requests
  • Arrange refreshments
  • Answering and directing all incoming calls
  • Meeting room management
  • Organise couriers/taxis and managing post
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth operations
What you’ll need:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment
  • Good MS office skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • A positive and proactive approach
