 Responsibilities of the Partner & Team Administrator...

  • Provide a high level of administrative and operational support to partners and team members.
  • Manage calendars, proofread and format documents.
  • Schedule meetings and manage communications.
  • Assist with preparation of invoices and billing operations. 
  • Complete CRM reporting and updating.
  • Update technical books, copying and binding tax returns and accounts for clients.
  • Taking accurate calls and processing information.

Requirements for a successful Partner & Team Administrator...

  • Previous secretarial and office administration experience at Partner level.
  • Previous experience supporting Partners in an Accountancy practice or similar professional organisation is essential.
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • CCH Document Management System experience would be advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
