Pastry Junior Sous responsibilities:
  • Assisting in the creation and preparation of stunning desserts, pastries, and baked goods for our fine dining restaurant, afternoon teas, and exclusive events.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency, adhering to the hotels five-star expectations.
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the pastry section when the Pastry Sous Chef is unavailable.
  • Managing inventory and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and sourced to the hotels high standards.
  • Supporting, training, and motivating junior chefs and pastry apprentices.
