This is an exciting role to support within in the restaurant team at a prestigious new restaurant in Kensington & Chelsea. Bringing an Italian fine dining flavour to West London.
With a high-profile chef, Emanuele Pollini designing the food concept, this will be an incredible opportunity to work in a grade 2 listed iconic building, with an art gallery.
As a Chef you will work within the kitchen at one of the dedicated sections that will be issued to you by the Sous and Head Chef.
You will:
- Prepare ingredients, keep your section clean, hygienic, and running smoothly
- Cook and present high quality dishes from your section, sometimes under considerable time pressure
- Assist the Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
- Complete mise en place list
- Clean down of kitchen
Skills & Experience:
- At least 2 years experience working in high-end kitchens
- You will need to be an excellent communicator with great organisational skills
- You will possess a friendly demeanour and take genuine pleasure in supporting your colleagues
- Level 2 in Food Safety
