Your new company
My client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation and integration of Moorepay within our payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for improving payroll efficiency.
Your new role

  • Lead the implementation of Moorepay, ensuring a smooth transition and integration with existing payroll systems.
  • Manage and oversee all payroll functions, including processing payroll, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures in line with industry best practices.
  • Provide training and support to staff on the use of Moorepay and other payroll tools.
  • Monitor and analyse payroll metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Experience with payroll software implementation, preferably Moorepay.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
