People & Culture Coordinator

Location: London

About Us: We are seeking a dedicated People & Culture Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing top-notch administrative, operational, and systems support, focusing on our UK and Singapore employee population, with a broader European remit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate employee changes (starters, leavers, promotions, transfers, etc.)
  • Manage employee data in Workday and address system queries across Singapore and Europe
  • Monitor and record sickness absence for UK and Singapore staff
  • Oversee monthly payroll processes for UK and Singapore, liaising with CloudPay
  • Administer UK employee benefits (private medical insurance, pension, gym membership, etc.)
  • Maintain people-related data and ensure compliance with employment requirements
  • Support annual performance and compensation reviews at the European level
  • Assist the Finance team with tax-related reporting
  • Maintain the Business Continuity Plan contact details database
  • Support Learning & Development activities and recruitment processes
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the People & Culture team

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • HR experience in a corporate environment, preferably in professional or financial services
  • Experience handling confidential matters with discretion and integrity
  • Experience running UK payroll
  • Interest in an international environment

  • Experience with Workday, CloudPay, CultureAmp, and iManage is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English; another European language (German, Italian, Polish, French, or Dutch) is an advantage
