Ashley Kate HR are excited to be working with one of our clients client as they look to Recruit for a Full Time, Permanent People and Culture Coordinator to join their team.

People and Culture Coordinator

·£32,000 - £35,000 per annum - Depending on experience

·Mayfair

·Full Time and Permanent

·Hybrid working is available in this role - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

About this role:

You will be expected to provide professional administrative assistance to the HR team across the full employee lifecycle.

·You will be coordinating all HR related processes including compliance checks, taking minutes in meetings in employee relations meetings, benefits administration, support with L&D activities.

·Coordinating and processing all documentation for employee changes (Starters, Leavers, promotions, bonuses etc.)

·Inputting all employee data into Workday on a frequent basis and be the first point of contact for all HRIS queries

·Monitor all absence records and input into systems to assist with the running of reports

·Coordinate monthly payroll processes, payroll administration (ensuring all employee information/changes are up to date and correct on the system)

·Being responsible for the running of reports including, annual performance reports and absence reports

HR Coordinator - About you

·Previous experience working as a HR Coordinator or similar

·Experience of payroll administration.

·Strong understanding and experience of using of HR Information Systems, Workday would be desirable.

·Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

·Excellent attention to detail is essential

·Fluent in another European Language (German, Italian, Polish, French or Dutch) is advantageous
