People & Culture Coordinator

P&C Coordinator for an international technology firm based in the City – the company have satellite offices in Australia, Europe and South America.

£45 – 50,000 plus great benefits

This is a key role supporting the London and European teams and leading on people and culture. You will actively be involved in recruiting new starters, managing the onboarding process, and ensuring everything runs smoothly for employees. Creating a positive, safe, and welcoming culture in the London and European offices is also a significant part of the role. European travel is required 4 – 6 times per year (for 3-5 days), as is flexibility with hours. Some early mornings required due to international time zones.

Duties include:

  • Manage wellbeing & culture - ensuring a safe and welcoming environment (including office and team events) Manage administration of recruitment, in support of line managers Monitor on & offboarding progress and admin support Market research & salary benchmarking General HR support including software

Looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years + experience in a Talent/People Admin, who can hit the ground running in this fast-paced tech firm. Proficient in Google Suite, BambooHR, Workable, Slack & Notion are preferable, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

This a full time, permanent role, with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office. A great opportunity to be part of a growing, international business.
