AI Guild Lead / Practice Lead

Join a leading Insurance company as an AI Practice Lead, leading by example and embedding AI into the business.

We are looking for an experience AI practitioner, able to lead from the front and build the practice around you.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Develop long-term plans for strategy and roadmaps
  • Assess incoming resource requests, evaluate required skills and timelines, and assign Guild members to products based on their skills and availability.
  • Working closely with the CDO to build out the AI practice within the company.
  • Create short-term and long-term workforce plans to address capacity gaps, including recruitment, training, or upskilling initiatives.
  • Ensure the Guild's skills and expertise evolve in line with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Support growth and development within the team
  • Review and refine Guild standards and operating practices to ensure consistency and quality of delivery
