Sonic Summary

The client is seeking a Document Controller with a couple of years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities include liaising with subcontractors and clients, updating RFIs, and managing document control systems.
The role involves maintaining both electronic and paper-based documentation and dealing with site Safety Management Systems.
Experience with Procore is a plus, but familiarity with other document management packages is also acceptable.

We are currently looking for a Document Controller for a client of ours.

Ideally you will have a couple of years’ experience working in the previous roles.

Document Controller duties:

Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, clients
Updating RFI’s (Request for Information) sent to the Consultants and subcontractors
Design Discipline Responsibility for establishing and maintaining the document control/file management system.
Updating Electronic and paper-based documentation using the current systems.
Dealing with the site Safety Management System - RAMS.
Site inductions and permits and licenses.
Collating O&M manuals.
Not essential but a plus if you have used Procore but any other of the packages woudl also be considered.
