We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Administrator with a passion for renewable energy to join their London team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing documents.
  • Liaise with suppliers and external partners.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate staff travel.
  • Support HR with employee onboarding and records.
  • Assist with basic financial tasks such as processing invoices and petty cash.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
