Procurement & Finance Administrator
Are you a skilled Procurement & Finance Administrator looking for an exciting opportunity in West London?
Join a leading construction business specialising in refurbishment projects across London. You'll be based in one of their London offices, working closely with the Procurement Director and Finance Director, providing essential administrative support their team.
Position Details:
- Type:Â Permanent, Full-time
- Hours:Â 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
- Salary Range: £36,000 to £45,000, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter card purchase transactions into Xero, ensuring accurate payment reconciliation.
- Liaise with suppliers - respond to their emails and queries
- Compile payment lists for weekly and regular payment runs
- Set up supplier bank details for payment and approval.
- Reconcile supplier payments in Xero
- Address any discrepancies in payments to be madeÂ
- Review project profitability with the team and hold regular team meetings to discuss project finances
- Make orders and payments with smaller supplies e.g. builder merchants, plant and equipment suppliers, Amazon etc
- Liaise with project / site teams to ensure deliveries are tracked correctly
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role or industry.
- Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes.
- Understanding of using accounting systems such as Xero, Sage, Coins
