About the Company: My client is a construction business specialising in refurbishment building projects. They are currently looking to grow their team by recruiting a Procurement & Finance Administrator.

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement & Finance Administrator to join my client's team. You will be based in the West London office and work closely with the procurement manager, procurement team, finance manager, and finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support with ordering necessary office supplies and equipment.
  • Manage the procurement and scheduling of products, materials, plant, and equipment.
  • Support the team to ensure all purchases offer the best value for the company.
  • Monitor and report on price increases, updating internal spreadsheets accordingly.
  • Track orders and proactively address any failed or late deliveries.
  • Keep track of invoices, payments, and budgets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain financial records, analyse data, and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Support with monthly payroll.
  • Process invoices and chase outstanding payments/invoices.
  • Produce and chase purchase orders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role/industry.
  • Previous experience in the construction sector.
  • Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
