Project Coordinator – Bilingual (French & English)

Salary: £31,000 – £34,000

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Location: Fully Remote (Head Office in London)

Our client designs workshops and assessment days for HR functions across a number of key sectors around the globe.

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Project Coordinator to support their growing operations and international collaborations. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of an innovative community shaping strategic thinking, personal development and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate international projects and working groups, ensuring smooth communication and progress tracking

• Liaise with stakeholders across multiple time zones and organisations

• Manage scheduling, agendas, and documentation for meetings

• Support grant administration, reporting, and budget tracking

• Assist with community engagement and multilingual communications

About You:

• Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)

• Highly organised with experience in coordinating projects and managing multiple priorities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in online collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace, Slack)
