Become a Projects QHSE Advisor with Our Client!

We're thrilled to share an exciting opportunity for a Projects QHSE Advisor to join our client's team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This newly established role will play a key part in supporting a variety of ongoing projects across the UK. As a national, home-based position, it will involve travel to offices and project sites, primarily in the South and London regions.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert QSHE advice, guidance, and leadership to the Projects team.
  • Drive the enhancement of QSHE standards across all projects.
  • Offer insights on QSHE matters, including legislative updates and company standards.
  • Conduct QSHE inspections for all project works under the contract.
  • Maintain accurate project QHSE records.
  • Lead QSHE inductions and provide coaching and training for employees.
  • Deliver presentations and briefings as required.
  • Advocate for compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, including Health & Safety Codes of Safe Working and environmental considerations.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

  • NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Health and Safety regulations, especially CDM regulations.

Desirable:

  • NEBOSH Diploma or progress toward it.
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
  • PTTLS (Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector).
  • Environmental awareness.
  • Experience in delivering training.
  • Background in project work or construction.
