About the Role

My client is looking for a Data Manager to support a Brand Equity tracking project. You will manage and develop custom data dashboards, working with software development teams to ensure accuracy and smooth communication between technical and non-technical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage dashboard development using Jira, ensuring timelines are met

  • Review dashboards and source data for errors in Excel

  • Work with Data Collection & Processing teams to format data correctly

  • Respond to statistical queries, including sample design and database structure

  • Support senior researchers in client-facing activities

About YouEssential Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in market research with quantitative data from online surveys

  • Pharmaceutical or related industry experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, h-/v-lookups), SQL

  • Knowledge of data dashboard tools (Power BI or custom-built solutions)

  • Ability to translate technical requirements between developers and research teams

  • Experience with data warehousing processes

  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Azure)

Nice to Have:
  • Experience in user-testing dashboard UX

  • Exposure to advanced analytics (e.g., conjoint analysis, MaxDiff, TURF)

  • Knowledge of VBA, SPSS, R, Q, or Python for data analysis
