We are proud to be supporting a charity in their search for a Reasonable Adjustments Project Delivery Lead for a 6 month fixed-term contract period. This role can be worked remotely from anywhere in the UK and will play a key role in maintaining and developing a better suited environment for everyone to work within the company.

This charity sees themselves as advisors, supporters, fundraisers, researchers, communicators and so much more. They are volunteers and have a shared mission of helping people with the illness that the charity supports.

This role specifically leads the Reasonable Adjustments project, driving enhancements in processes, people experience, training, communication, and evaluation.

The postholder will focus on the creation and embedding of updated reasonable adjustments processes into business-as-usual, ensuring people experience is at the heart. They will also ensure the correct and impactful data capture and reporting, lead an internal audit on reasonable adjustments, lead the design, development, and implementation of a robust learning package to enhance manager capability around reasonable adjustments, and ensure the project closes with a robust evaluation and impact measures. They will ensure it aligns with the organisation's inclusion goals and fosters a person-centred approach.

This role could be great for someone within HR with a history and passion in diversity, equity and inclusion or someone that has demonstrated experience in leading these types of projects within an organisation.

This role can be worked fully remotely but there is a London and Birmingham office if you wish to use them.
