STRESS TESTING MODELLING MANAGER

SALARY UP TO £90,000

MULTIPLE LOCATIONS, NORTH AND SOUTH OF ENGLAND (1-2 DAYS A WEEK IN OFFICE)

In this role you will be working for a leading financial institution, developing and maintaining stress-testing models across the business to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies. You'll be managing a high-performing team and be able to collaborate with a number of different teams across the business.

THE ROLE

  • Develop, maintain, and optimise credit risk stress testing models
  • Collaborate with various teams to gain insights and feedback on stress testing models, and support the delivery arm of the team to ensure seamless integration
  • Support the delivery of model documentation and recommendation papers to governance committees.
  • Focus on continuous improvement of stress testing models, through model performance issues, oversight actions, and evolving business requirements.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience developing stress testing models is ideal, and would also take a general credit risk modeller
  • Proficiency in either SAS or R
  • Management experience is ideal
