As the successful Reception Administrator, you will be:

  • Meeting and greeting clients & visitors in reception.
  • Answering telephone calls and queries.
  • Reservation and booking of meeting rooms using room booking system.
  • Overseeing office contractors.
  • Liaising with PAs and Executive Directors.
  • Taking in and checking weekly office deliveries.
  • Administrative duties as required.

To be the successful Reception Administrator, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Reception / Administration position with front of house duties possibly gained as a receptionist.
  • Personable phone manner with excellent communication skills.
  • Full proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word etc.)
