- Advertising jobs for various teams
- Screening applications & collating CVs
- Arranging interviews and recruitment events
- Liaising with managers to chase feedback and arrange interviews
- Updating systems
- Sending out offer letters and onbording of new starters
- Visiting Managers/Teams at various sites to assist on interview days and provide guidance.
- Attending recruitment events to assist with administration duties, sending invites & co-ordinating attendance
- General Admin duties as required by the wider team.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment dealing with volume recruitment
- Able to work independently prioritise and manage a busy workload
- Strong communication skills and confident liaising with a wide range of people from Applicants to the organisation to Senior stakeholders.
- Computer literate with MS Office in particular MS Excel
- Will need a flexible approach when adapting to the needs of the teams/wider business.
