The opportunity...Nigel Wright is recruiting for a new opportunity for someone with previous recruitment experience who is now looking for part time hours working for a non for profit organisation. Recruitment Co-ordinator6 month Fixed Term ContractLondon BasedHybrid working - Occasional travel around London sites requiredPart Time Hours - 3 days per week £32-34,000 The role...The main purpose of this role is the assist the managers and wider HR team with volume recruitment for various sites across London. Some of the key duties on a day to day basis will be:
  • Advertising jobs for various teams
  • Screening applications & collating CVs
  • Arranging interviews and recruitment events
  • Liaising with managers to chase feedback and arrange interviews
  • Updating systems 
  • Sending out offer letters and onbording of new starters
  • Visiting Managers/Teams at various sites to assist on interview days and provide guidance. 
  • Attending recruitment events to assist with administration duties, sending invites & co-ordinating attendance 
  • General Admin duties as required by the wider team. 
What we are looking for?This position is a busy/varied but rewarding role that would suit someone who has previous worked within a Recruitment or HR role and is now looking for a new challenge with a National organisation that can offer part time hours. Some of the key attributes & experience we are looking for are:
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment dealing with volume recruitment
  • Able to work independently prioritise and manage a busy workload
  • Strong communication skills and confident liaising with a wide range of people from Applicants to the organisation to Senior stakeholders.
  • Computer literate with MS Office in particular MS Excel 
  • Will need a flexible approach when adapting to the needs of the teams/wider business.
