Macmillan Davies are supporting our not for profit client in recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis

You will support on the day-to-day delivery of recruitment resourcing service, provide a first class and end to end support including candidate care and relationships with hiring managers.

Location - Hammersmith.

Salary £30,000 - £32,000 P/A plus benefits

Hybrid - 3 days office/ 2 days wfh

Duties

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle, from job advertising to candidate on boarding.-
  • Drafting and posting job adverts on relevant platforms, -
  • Sourcing, Screening and Shortlisting candidates and coordinating interviews
  • Conducting interviews on the phone, online or as part of a panel
  • Managing candidate communication
  • Supporting compliance with recruitment policies, safeguarding, and right-to-work checks.
  • Liaising with external recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders.

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the education sector or a similar environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems

Eligibility to live and work in the UK

Please note you must be comfortable with 3 days a week on site
