Recruitment Coordinator

6month FTC with a possibility to go perm

Company: Our client based in London advises on strategic transactions and provides institutional investors with macro and fundamental equity research, sales and trading execution. It offers wealth management, institutional asset management and private equity investing.

Job details:

Laterial Recruitment:

  • Assisting the Lateral Recruiter in the provision of administrative support for all aspects of the Investment Banking and Corporate recruitment process.
  • Provide administrative support of the recruitment tracker, posting of job adverts, ensuring all vacancies are recorded, interviews scheduled, candidate progress updated and feedback noted.
  • Provide additional administrative support of recruitment trackers for referrals, prospective candidates and talent pools
  • Reviewing applications in line with search criteria across advisory and corporate teams.
  • Liaising with the broader HR team to ensure successful onboarding of candidates:

Agency Invoice ManagementAssisting with candidate enrolment for CISI certification examsLeave cover for the Onboarding specialist & Executive Assistant where required

Campus Recruitment:

  • Support execution and logistics (material preparation, catering, facilities, advertising) of campus recruiting and summer programming events including corporate presentations, educational events, and networking receptions.
  • Initiate onboarding process and liaise with Onboarding Specialist to ensure timely onboarding of interns and graduates.
  • Manage job and event listings on various platforms.
  • Maintain candidate files; ensuring best practices with candidate tracking for accuracy.

Experience needed:

  • Previous experience within a recruiting environment and interview scheduling across international locations.
  • Previous experience of a fast-paced corporate environment with an ability to multi-task.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and onboarding
  • Experience working in a similar role for 3+ years.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, building partnerships with key stakeholders
