Recruitment Coordinator - Legal - City - upto £30,000

Wise May are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a bustling and friendly Legal company based in the City.

This role is working alongside the Senior Receptionist on a 2 person desk. Business are professional, friendly with a sociable aspect.

Duties Include:

- Build constructive and productive working relationships with internal management

- Managing the relationship with existing recruiters and head-hunters, reviewing terms of business, devising a preferred supplier list

- Work with Line Managers to ensure up to date job specifications are being used for every role and in a consistent format

- Identify and utilise various job boards and other candidate sourcing tools and platforms to proactively identify potential candidates

- Work with HR to participate in reviewing the recruitment processes and systems to ensure they are as efficient and effective as possible

- Manage the testing stage with candidates

- Collate constructive candidate feedback on their recruitment and onboarding experience, recommending improvements

- Providing first level advice for any recruitment issues/concerns from managers

- To provide regular recruitment trend reports
