- Supporting on the full recruitment lifecycle from an administrative perspective
- Screening CVs effectively to ensure criteria are met
- Booking interviews, as well as handling all candidate communications and delivering an exceptional candidate and internal stakeholder journey
- Strong admin and software skills
- Able to juggle heavy workload in a busy environment
- Minimum 1+ year working within a recruitment or admin position
- Extremely strong Admin and Organisational skills
- Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise
- Experience working within a busy and fast-growing environment Â
