Repairs Planner/ Scheduler Reactive Maintenance Social Housing

Working with a large Housing Organisation we have an exciting opportunity for a Repairs Planner/ Scheduler to join our the Repairs Team / Specialising in FRA works . This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our reactive maintenance appointments for social housing contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently schedule and manage daily diaries for up to 20 operatives, ensuring maximum productivity.
  • Monitor the system for emergency requests, ensuring prompt attention and swift resolution to meet targets.
  • Handle telephone variations, coordinating with the duty surveyor to maintain continuous site operations.
  • Deliver exceptional face-to-face service to our clients, maintaining high standards of communication and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve daily goals, successfully allocating a minimum of 60 new orders each day.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ideally you will have experience as a Repairs Planner/ Scheduler working within the social housing maintenance sector
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team to meet shared objectives.
