Description
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the smooth running of the residential facility
- Provide support to residents, ensuring their welfare and comfort
- Respond to any queries or issues raised by residents
- Maintain records and reports of daily activities
- Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Work closely with other staff to organise and manage tasks
- Adhere to all policies and regulations related to health and safety
- Participate in training and development opportunities as required

A successful Residence Assistant should have:
