Oakleaf Partnership are working with a Transport firm in Middlesex on a Reward Analyst position. This role offers a competitive salary with excellent benefits, and is a permanent role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary reviews to ensure competitiveness.
  • Design and implement incentive schemes, bonus structures, and long-term reward programs.
  • Lead the communication of reward activities and effectively engage with employees. Analyse data and prepare detailed reports for management.
  • Support the annual pay review process.
  • Support the management of employee benefits programs, including pensions, health insurance, and other benefits

Experience required for this role includes:

  • Proven experience in a UK reward role, preferably within a corporate or large-scale environment.
  • Experience reviewing incentive schemes.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
