HR Support is currently working with a leading UK law firm to find a Senior Reward Advisor to support their Total Reward Manager in their central London office (hybrid working, 3 days in the office).

Acting as the "number 2" the UK Reward Manager this is a great opportunity for a Reward Analyst looking to take on more responsibility, get more stakeholder engagement, and become the firmwide subject matter expert for Compensation and Benefits queries and advice.

The candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, the payroll manager, and the wider HR team to manage the firm's compensation strategy, enhance their benefits offering, and support their Wellbeing program.

Candidates should have strong Total Reward experience gained in-house within professional services (preferably in a law firm or similar). This experience should include a broad mix of Compensation and Benefits, rather than just one element of Reward.
