Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary reviews to ensure competitiveness.
- Design and implement incentive schemes, bonus structures, and long-term reward programs.
- Lead the communication of reward activities and effectively engage with employees. Analyse data and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Support the annual pay review process.
- Support the management of employee benefits programs, including pensions, health insurance, and other benefits
Experience required for this role includes:
- Proven experience in a UK reward role, preferably within a corporate or large-scale environment.
- Experience reviewing incentive schemes.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
