Key Responsibilities:
- Operating ride-on lawn mowers and other specialized equipment to maintain large outdoor areas
- Performing a range of gardening and landscaping tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, and planting
- Ensuring that garden beds, lawns, and outdoor features are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines while operating machinery and handling gardening tools
- Communicating effectively with clients and team members to ensure that gardening tasks are completed to the highest standards
- Proven experience in operating ride-on lawn mowers and other relevant gardening equipment
- Solid understanding of horticultural practices, plant care, and garden maintenance
- Physical fitness and stamina to work outdoors and perform manual tasks in various weather conditions
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
