Tiger Private is seeking a well versed Russian Speaking Private PA to work, in a stunning private family office in the heart of Mayfair for an UHNWI on a permanent bassis.This is a 5 day a week in office role, Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00. With potential travel with the principal, this role is to facilitate the principal and his right hand man, with a streamlined experience for the principal across his business and personal affairs.Candidates will be required to have exceptional organisational skills, ability to operate efficiently and effectively with flexibly out side of office hours. And must be able to read, write and speak Russian and English fluently.Please find below a list of what your key duties would look like:• Diary management/Booking meetings• Correspondence management, letters & emails• Translation• Attending meetings with the principal, taking minutes and summarising meetings• Booking the principals travels: hotels, accommodation and transport• Booking restaurants, events management, arranging caterers and entertainment• Overseeing the organisation of family gatherings• Liaise with 3rd parties on behalf of the principal• Bills and payments managementTiger is B Corp Certified.
