We’re on the hunt for a creative and driven individual who has experience in luxury, high-end kitchen, bathroom or interior design, and sales, to join a highly successful company on a full or part time basis as their Sales & Design Specialist.

The Luxury Kitchen & BathroomsSales and Design Specialist will actively prospect clients and new leads, developing key relationships to maximise business and referrals. Following consultations with the HNW clients to understand their vision and requirements, you will inspire them with high-quality concepts and designs that meet their desired lifestyle.

Utilising AutoCAD 2D and SketchUP 3D, you will present the ideas in a dedicated studio in North London.

Your impeccable communication skills, absolute attention to detail and creative flair will ensure the highest level of service is provided to clients at all times. With wide knowledge and awareness of the latest products, design trends and innovative solutions within the industry, you will confidently present at client project meetings and lead on site visits.

Our client is looking for some who is passionate, driven and project focused; someone who wishes to manage the entire project from the initial contact with the client through to the end, working closely with the Design Team and Project Managers.

Key responsibilities as the Luxury Kitchen & Bathroom Sales Specialist & Designer will include:

  • Actively prospecting new leads, clients and business partners
  • Building key relationships with HNW clients
  • Promoting designs, products and services
  • Organising and attending networking meetings, industry events and client consultations to generate business
  • Undertaking client consultations to understand their visions, preferences and budgets
  • Providing initial design directions and inspiring clients with design concepts
  • Collaborating with the design team to produce high-quality, innovative designs
  • Leading client meetings and site visits
  • Reviewing design proposals and quotations
  • Proactively managing and administering each project from start to finish
  • Maintaining databases and documentation

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven sales record in high-end luxury kitchens, bathrooms or interior designs
  • Previous design experience in a similar luxury kitchen / bathroom / interior designer role
  • Experience liaising with High Net Worth clients
  • Excellent business development skills
  • Confident and professional communicator and the ability to network and build successful business relationships
  • Ability to provide high quality and creative designs
  • Knowledge of the latest trends, products and innovative solutions within kitchens, bathrooms and interiors
  • Demonstrable portfolio showcasing creativity with past kitchens, bathrooms or interior projects
  • Proficiency using SketchUP and AutoCAD
  • Ability to use Photoshop and video editing software packages
  • IT literate (MS 365)
  • Project management experience to ensure the projects are delivered professionally, on time and budget
  • Impeccable attention to detail
