Our client is a premier Michelin-starred restaurant group in London, celebrated for world-class dining and bespoke service. Were seeking an ambitiousSales & Events Managerto drive revenue growth, attract high-profile clients, and expand the private dining and event sales across their exclusive London restaurants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth:Develop and implement sales strategies targeting Londons luxury market to maximise revenue from private and corporate events.
- Client Relationship Management:Build and retain a high-value client base, engaging through proactive outreach and delivering exceptional, personalised experiences.
- Strategic Partnerships:Cultivate relationships with luxury brands, corporations, and VIP clients to enhance brand presence and drive new business.
- Team Management:To manage and support the Events Coordinator in all aspects of planning and support them with incoming enquiries.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales for luxury events, ideally in fine dining or hospitality; experience with Michelin-star venues preferred.
- Strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for exceptional client service.
- Experience in growing business through both proactive outreach and reactive sales.
This role is based in Central London and is Monday - Friday 9 - 6pm with occasional meet and greet with clients on events.
