A large fashion company in London’s West End is hiring a Sales and Operations Administrator. This is an office-based position, and the ideal candidate will have a few years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter sales orders into system.
  • Create sales reports for the sales team.
  • Understand pricing and margin sheets.
  • Make price lists and sample order forms using Excel.
  • Help the operations team with seasonal setups.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports for management.
  • Monitor sales and suggest re-orders or promotions.
  • Check and restock E-commerce inventory weekly.
  • Keep the website updated for customers.
  • Create visual buys for key accounts.
  • Track new accounts and manage communications.
  • Ensure orders and invoices are accurate.
  • Keep track of appointments and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team on deliveries and invoices.
  • Create product files for each account.
  • Participate in online brand activities for key accounts.
  • Share sales materials and follow up as needed.
  • Attend weekly shipping and finance meetings.
  • Create off-price stock lists with images and pricing.
  • Maintain a master pricing file for all seasons.
  • Analyse end-of-season sales for presentations.
  • Prepare product information for catalogues before launches.
  • Send samples to buyers when requested.
