JOB TITLE: Sales and Operations Coordinator

COMPANY: Retail (Haircare)

CONTRACT: Permanent, Hybrid

SALARY: up to £27,000

Core Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Commercial:

- Collaborate closely with retailer teams to establish strong partnerships and ensure optimal stock levels across all wholesale doors.- Analyse retailer sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and effectively communicate insights to partners.- Manage retailer orders, liaising with the operations team for timely despatch and accurate delivery. Proactively follow up with suppliers as needed.- Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting on key financial metrics to drive business success.

    • Operations & Supply Chain:

- Coordinate with suppliers and fulfilment partners to optimise inbound and outbound demand planning.- Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational performance and drive efficiency.
