We are looking for a proactive and professional Sales Administrator for an established engineering company. The ideal candidate will handle telephone calls, manage visitor reception, and ensure a professional environment at all times. This role involves using SAP to raise sales orders, managing despatches, and providing comprehensive support to the sales team.
Day-to-day of the role:- Handle customer enquiries by telephone and email
- Raise sales orders and follow through to despatch.
- Checking stock availability and raising quotations as requested by sales engineers.
- Raise purchase orders and resolving invoicing queries both external and internal.
- Liaise with production department re customer orders
- Ad hoc administration duties as required
- Experience in a sales or administration role.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Strong organisational
- A background in engineering or plumbing beneficial
- A team player who can also work independently when required.
