We're on the lookout for a confident and professional individual to join our client's dynamic and growing team.

In this role, you'll collaborate with multiple teams to ensure the business consistently meets all policies and procedures.

Your work history or education isn't the focus - what really matters is your personality, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with underwriters and sales teams to ensure accurate processing of business in line with policies and deadlines.
  • Review finance documents, calculate and verify rental profiles, rates, and commissions.
  • Adhere to Governance and Compliance standards in all reporting and reviewing activities.
  • Understand and administer all types of finance agreements on their inhouse platform.
  • Prepare and process correct payments to suppliers, brokers, and customers.
  • Ensure prompt delivery of customer welcome packs and manage direct debit mandates.
  • Allocate cash receipts and process agreement settlements.
  • Promote teamwork to ensure a seamless customer experience.
