Job Title: Sales Methodology & Sales Process
Location: Shoreditch (Hybrid - 2 to 3 days per week onsite)
Duration: 6 months contract (Leave of Absence coverage for FTE)

Description:
- Client has an inhouse sales methodology to drive the global sales process pre to post sales in DX and DME.
- The individual running the maintenance and development will be out for paternity leave for 4 months and we need to bring in a specialist to help drive the ongoing strategy, maintenance and execution across the cross functional teams and field sales teams.
Scope:
Individual Will:
- Engage in 4-6 months’ time period.
- Review the current pre to post sales methodology steps: Address the gaps in our handoff, roles and responsibilities and data between teams.
- Drive updates to the methodology including tools, messaging and enablement.
- Align with the cross functional orgs to have a seamless experience from Pre to Post Sales (Customer Success, Technical Sales, Professional Services, Partners
Deliverable:
- End to End Sales Process tied to Methodology - Pre to Post Sales.
- Analysis and Plan to align and reduce the field requirements to drive a deal from Sales Stage 0 to Sales Stage 10
- Roles and Responsibilities document outlining the requirements
- Change Management timeline to drive adoption.
