Sales Order Coordinator

As a Sales Order Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered on time, in full, and in pristine condition. Operating within the dynamic health & beauty industry, you'll collaborate with internal teams such as finance, sales, and transport, as well as third-party logistics providers and clients, to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process and manage customer orders to meet strict delivery standards.
  • Work closely with third-party logistics providers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders including finance, sales, and transport, to resolve any order-related issues.
  • Monitor and maintain order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • A highly organised individual with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or account coordination.
  • Prior experience managing third-party logistics providers and working cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Netsuite (advantageous but not essential).
