Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for property? Do you excel at managing the sales process and ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish? Then this could be the role for you as they expand the team and open a position for a Sales Progressor.

In this Sales Progressor position you will be responsible for:

  • You will be the vital link between buyers, sellers, and solicitors, ensuring every sale progresses smoothly to completion.
  • Managing the sales pipeline from offer accepted to exchange and completion.
  • Liaising with all parties, including buyers, sellers, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and solicitors.
  • Ensuring all documentation and legal requirements are in order.
  • Providing regular updates to clients, keeping them informed every step of the way.
  • Resolving any issues that may arise during the process with professionalism and efficiency

The successful Sales Progressor will have:

  • Ideally experience as a Sales Progressor or Sales Negotiator.
  • As a Sales Progressor, you will need to possess a great amount of enthusiasm and drive.
  • You must be well organised and punctual to maintain a high standard in all areas of this role.
  • You will need to be proactive in your approach.

The Package

A basic salary of up to up to 30k is available for the right candidate with a great commission structure. Other benefits to be discussed at the interview stage.
